Terms of Service — ClearMath AI

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ClearMath AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium is $15/month, billed automatically through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't abuse the platform: no scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to break our systems, or using the AI tutor to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI Content

Questions, hints, and explanations are generated by AI models. They're usually accurate, but mistakes happen. Always double-check important answers — ClearMath AI is a study aid, not a substitute for graded assessments.

6. Intellectual Property

The ClearMath AI service, brand, and curriculum structure are our property. You keep ownership of anything you submit (answers, messages).

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

ClearMath AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific learning outcomes or grade improvements.
